Where do I take my vehicle if it needs any warranty work doing?

As the vehicle is UK Dealer Supplied you can take it to any of the manufactures dealer network garages and they will complete this warranty work.

Where would I get the vehicle serviced?

Vehicles are supplied from the UK dealer network therefore the same rules apply. Your vehicle can be serviced by any garage provided the garage uses the manufactures genuine parts.

What if my vehicle arrives and there's a problem?

If your vehicle arrives and you feel there is a problem, firstly you must mark it on the delivery note which the driver will ask you to sign. Then contact a member of our staff Ltd who will record the problem and ensure this is rectified. If there are any problems after the delivery driver has left, you must contact us immediately.

Is there an excess mileage charge on my financed van?

Where you see excess mileage mentioned it relates to a contractual restriction - usually Contract Hire. Our more popular finance methods such as Hire Purchase and Finance Lease do not have ANY mileage restrictions.

How will my new van be delivered?

All of our vehicles are sourced using large fleet discounts from Manufacturer UK dealer networks and the majority will be delivered to your chosen address by these franchised dealers.

Will my payments be secure?

You can be assured that all payments are 100% secure, our directors have dealt with and held business bank accounts with Lloyds TSB bank for a number of years, feel free to ask for references to support this claim.

All new vehicles are secured with a £500 deposit which is fully refundable if finance for the vehicle can’t be arranged. This initial deposit is taken by secure WorldPay Link or over the phone using a standard debit or credit card, all credit card payments are insured by your card provider for added security.

Full payment for the vehicle is taken 48 hours prior to delivery, this process is usually handled by a bank (BACS) transfer

I'm concerned about dealing with an Internet based company...

In order to offer finance we have to be authorised and registered with the FCA our reference number is 667850. This can be found on the FCA register along with all our details.

Our finance partners are selective about whom they do business with. They check to confirm that we operate to standards of conduct and do not expose them financially or damage their reputation. We have a good number of relationships which are displayed on our finance page.

Funds that you send to us - either by cheque, credit card or BACS - are held in our 'Client Account'. This keeps your funds separate from the main cash flow of the business so that it is protected for you. Your funds are then only incorporated into the business once your vehicle has been paid for and therefore 'title' passes to you.

In addition we can put you in contact with previous customers and also if you require your bank manager to speak to ours we are happy to put them in touch.

Do I need a deposit to order a van?

Yes, we require a £500 deposit to be paid on debit or credit card upon placing your order.

Where is my log book?

Occasionally we retain new vehicles log books for a few months after the sale has been completed. See Terms & Conditions - Log Books

Will you accept my current van as a part exchange?

We will consider any vehicle as a part exchange however we may only be able to offer trade prices. See Part Exchange Form

Are the vans advertised new?

All vehicles are brand new with delivery mileage only. Occasionally vehicles may be pre-registered however it will still be a brand new van with delivery mileage only. Please ask a member of our team for more details.

Do the advertised prices include VAT?

No, all prices unless otherwise stated exclude VAT and Road Fund Licence but do include free delivery*.
